Key Technologies for Taihangshan Superlong Highspeed Railway Tunnel Group

Abstract:

Key technologies for Taihangshan superlong highspeed railway tunnel group, including standard for the effective clear area of highspeed railway tunnels, tunneling in longdistance gypsum breccia section, construction of superlarge crosssection tunnel and arrangement of disasterprevention and rescue system of superlong tunnel group, are studied by means of literature survey, numerical simulation, model test and field trials. In the end, the standards for the effective clear areas of singletrack and doubletrack tunnels on 250 km/h highspeed railways are determined, the transition from a superlarge crosssection highspeed railway tunnel to twin singletrack tubes is achieved, the tunneling through longdistance gypsum breccias is accomplished, the disasterprevention and rescue system of superlong tunnel group is determined, ShijiazhuangTaiyuan highspeed railway is put into operation successfully, and good economic and social significance is achieved.
