Abstract:
The configuration principle of boring parameters for dualmode shield is proposed on basis of the study on the geological conditions of the inclined shaft of Xinjie Taigemiao mines, so as to solve the problem of proper configuration of key boring parameters of the shield and to realize safe, rapid and highefficient shield boring. The key boring parameters of dualmode shield under two boring modes, including the maximum cutting depth, chamber pressure, shield thrusting force and cutter head torque, are analyzed. It is determined that the maximum cutting depth of dualmode shield under EPB mode should be 28 r/min, and that under singleshield TBM mode should be 19 r/min. Furthermore, suggestion is made on the parameters of dualmode shield boring in 6 sections with different geological conditions.
