Study on Key Boring Parameters of Dualmode Shield Used for Inclined Shaft of Xinjie Taigemiao Mines

Abstract:

The configuration principle of boring parameters for dualmode shield is proposed on basis of the study on the geological conditions of the inclined shaft of Xinjie Taigemiao mines, so as to solve the problem of proper configuration of key boring parameters of the shield and to realize safe, rapid and highefficient shield boring. The key boring parameters of dualmode shield under two boring modes, including the maximum cutting depth, chamber pressure, shield thrusting force and cutter head torque, are analyzed. It is determined that the maximum cutting depth of dualmode shield under EPB mode should be 28 r/min, and that under singleshield TBM mode should be 19 r/min. Furthermore, suggestion is made on the parameters of dualmode shield boring in 6 sections with different geological conditions.
