Application of Parameterized Modeling of Shield Segment Based on Revit

Abstract:

The problem of repetitive modeling of traditional method for shield segment should be solved. As a result, the parameterized modeling of shield segment based on Revit is introduced. The method includes parameterization of variable parameters of standard prefabricated shield segment, new prefabrication method of shield segment by parameter modification and rapid and accurate shield segment dislocation joint by modifying rolling angle and distance between shield segment and reference point. The modeling efficiency and shield segment assembling accuracy can be greatly improved by Revit parameterized modeling method. The method has been successfully applied to design of shield segment of Hongmeinanlu Tunnel in Shanghai.
