Abstract:
During the construction of tunnel on Hubei Section of ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway, the comprehensive classification and control methods for tunnel face stability are proposed by field monitoring and test, and the advance support and tunnel supporting parameters are improved to solve the problem of tunnel face stability, supporting parameters optimization, mechanized construction method and construction technology. Two construction methods, i.e. fullsection method and microbench method, are adopted in the tunnels on Zhengwan Highspeed Railway; the construction techniques such as highpressure spliting grouting, lowprestressed anchor bolt, overbreak control and highstandard initial shotcrete are discussed and put into practice; and the tunnel face classification management method is established based on construction dynamic management method and informatized project management platform. The successful application of the research results in ZhengzhouWanzhou Highspeed Railway will greatly improve the mechanization level of tunnel construction and provide reference for tunnel mechanized construction.
