隧道非接触式变形监控量测元件标准化设计

摘要:

为了解决隧道及地下工程中变形监控量测元件标准化、规范化施工及管理,采用非接触式测量与分离式设计方法,对隧道变形监控量测元件进行标准化设计, 包括专用反射片直接粘贴在量测板专用凹槽内,量测板四周有遮板,量测端通过扳手卡槽采用专用扳手将紧固螺栓与锚固端的紧固螺母连成一体,锚固端锚固于锚入体,形成非接触变形监控量测元件实体,并申请了专利。该专利成果: 1)可循环利用,量测端设置了遮板,可有效防止反射片被喷射混凝土、灰尘等污染; 2)整体采用不锈钢加工,具有良好的防震、防水、防腐性能; 3)采用锚固剂锚入初期支护及围岩浅层,测点牢固可靠,外漏长度满足量测要求,并易于识别; 4)外观标准、安拆方便,适用于各类隧道及地下工程变形监控量测使用。

Abstract:

The standardized design of noncontacting tunnel deformation monitoring element is carried out by means of noncontacting and separating methods, so as to realize the standardized construction and management of deformation monitoring element in tunnel and underground projects. The conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The mentioned element can be circularly used. Pollution of reflector plate, caused by concrete and dust, can be effectively controlled by setting a block on the monitoring side. 2) The integral element is manufactured by stainless steel with good shock proofing, water proofing and corrosion resistant capacity. 3) The monitoring points are stable and the outer length of the anchor meets the monitoring requirements by using anchor agent. 4) The mentioned element is with standardized appearance and is conveniently dismantled. It is fit for the deformation monitoring of tunnel and underground projects. 
