地铁地下车站绿色高效智能建造的思考

摘要: 近年来,绿色、高效、智能建造成为我国基础设施建设的重要发展趋势。在分析国内地铁地下车站建造现状的基础上,提出实现地铁地下车站绿色高效智能建造的技术路径,包括: 1)形成以“两墙合一”装配式地铁地下车站为代表的新结构型式的系统设计理论和技术体系,推动新型功能材料的研发应用; 2)从材料-结构一体化协同设计、轻量化BIM平台和集成应用、基于工程物联网的结构智能融合感知、智能工程装配和配套技术以及全生命周期大数据安全智控平台等方面实现地铁地下车站智能建造; 3)利用地源热泵技术、相变储能技术、余泥渣土和废弃混凝土资源化利用实现地铁地下车站绿色建造。通过上述一系列关键核心技术的突破,推动我国地铁地下车站建造水平达到国际领先,引领城市地下空间开发的绿色高效智能建造新方向。

Abstract: Green, efficient, and intelligent construction is a recent important developmental trend of infrastructure construction in China. Based on the analysis of the construction status of Chinese underground metro stations, the technical path to realize the green, the efficient, and the intelligent construction of underground metro stations is stated as follows. (1) A systematic design theory and the technical system of new structural types represented by prefabricated underground metro stations with prefabricated dualpurpose concrete wall should be established, and the development and the application of new functional materials must be promoted. (2) The intelligent construction of the underground metro station can be realized from five aspects, which include materialstructure integrated collaborative design, lightweight BIM platform and integrated application, intelligent fusion perception based on engineering Internet of Things, intelligent construction machinery and supporting technology, and lifecycle intelligent security control platform based on big data. (3) The green construction of the underground metro stations is realized through the ground source heat pump technology, phase change energy storage technology, resource utilization of residual sludge, and waste concrete. As per the above breakthroughs in a series of key techniques, the construction of the underground metro stations in China will be promoted to the international leading level, while the new direction of green, efficient, and intelligent construction in urban underground space development will be led.
