内支撑体系装配式地铁车站关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Prefabricated Metro -Station with Internal Support System

摘要: 为有效优化装配式车站施工,提高设备吊装精度,结合深圳地铁13号线二期市中医院站,对装配式车站的施工关键问题展开研究。对装配式构件的分块设计、构件的预制质量控制、运输设备选型及运输过程控制、现场施工场地布置要求、高精度龙门吊的设计选型、吊装工艺的设计优化、施工中地基加固处理方案选择、精平带施工精度控制、大体积构件的吊装精准就位、张拉工艺优化及质量控制、注浆工艺优化及过程质量控制、侧墙肥槽回填及防水质量控制等关键工序进行总结提升、比选优化,得到高精度龙门吊的技术参数、吊装技术参数、张拉参数等核心技术数据;并对发现的不均匀沉降、肥槽回填不密实、渗漏水等问题进行总结分析,提出解决问题的办法。

Abstract:  To optimize the construction of the prefabricated station effectively and improve the accuracy of equipment lifting, the key construction technologies of the prefabricated station are studied with a case study of the Shizhongyiyuan station of the second phase of Shenzhen metro line 13. The section design of assembled components, prefabrication quality control of components, transportation equipment selection, and transportation process control, onsite construction site layout requirements, design and selection of highprecision gantry crane, design optimization of lifting process, selection of foundation reinforcement treatment scheme during construction, precision control of fine flat belt construction, accurate lifting and positioning of large volume components, tension process optimization and quality control, grouting process optimization and process quality control, sidewall fertilizer tank backfilling, and waterproof quality control are summarized and optimized, and core technical data such as technical parameters, lifting technical parameters, and tension parameters of highprecision gantry crane are obtained. The problems such as uneven settlement, untightness of fertilizer tank backfill, and leakage are summarized and analyzed, and the solutions are proposed.
