Design and Implementation of Shield Service Platform Based on WeChat Official Account

摘要: 针对隧道施工中施工方客户与设备制造公司存在的交流方式单一、流程繁杂、沟通效率低下以及员工日常生产资料重复填报等问题,结合微信平台的广泛普及与移动端的优势,提出一套面对盾构全生命周期服务的微信服务平台的设计方案。该平台结合盾构服务过程中的实际需求,实现掘进关键数据实时查看、需求故障意见报送流程、生产资料实时报送审核汇总、物贸商品展示意向提交等功能。通过与微信公众号的充分结合,根据施工实际进行优化,有效解决与客户交流渠道不通畅、流程繁杂、业务周期长等问题,让专业人员直接面对客户解决问题,同时整合各平台生产资料,减轻员工负担,实现资料的标准化和信息化管理。

Abstract: To address the problems existing in tunnel construction, such as single communication mode, complicated process, low communication efficiency, and repeated reporting of daily production materials, between construction customers and equipment manufacturing companies, the widespread popularity of WeChat platform and the advantages of mobile terminal are presented, and a set of design schemes of WeChat service platform facing the fulllife cycle service of shield is proposed. The platform considers the actual requirements in the service process of shield tunneling, realizing realtime inspection of key data of excavation, the process of reporting fault opinions of demand, realtime submission of production materials, review and summary, and submission of exhibition intention of goods and trade commodities. Based on the WeChat official account and optimization according to the actual construction, problems such as blocked communication channels with customers, complicated processes, and long business cycle have been addressed. This platform allows professionals to directly address problems from customers, and integrate various production materials, which can lighten the working load and realize data standardization and informatized management.
