象山隧道径向注浆堵水施工技术

摘要:

象山隧道是新建龙岩至厦门铁路全线最长的双洞单线隧道和最重要的控制性工程,施工期间隧道集中涌水点多、涌水量大,施工防、排水压力大。通过对象山隧道已开挖地段地下水采取有效的径向注浆堵水措施,大大减小了隧道内的涌水量,减小了抽排水压力,节约了工程成本,同时阻止了地表沉降,恢复了地表地下水位,维护了地表周边的生态环境,取得的径向注浆堵水经验值得在今后类似工程中推广

Abstract:

 Xiangshan tunnel is the longest twin singletrack tube tunnel and the most import control work of the newlybuilt LongyanXiamen railway. Problems including numerous watergushing points, large volume of gushing water and great difficulty in waterproofing and drainage come up during the construction. By means of effective radial grouting for the excavated sections, the volume of the gushing water in the tunnel has been greatly reduced, which has in turn eased the water pumping and drainage work, reduced the construction cost, avoided ground surface settlement and restored the ground water level and the surrounding ecological environment. The radial grouting experience gained can provide reference for similar works in the future.
