城市地下空间信息集成管理与服务平台关键技术及应用

摘要: 为解决现阶段国内地下空间信息化工作中数据管理分散、系统割裂、精细化管理程度不高、地上地下全空间三维集成可视化水平较低、辅助地下空间开发利用与安全运维管理相关应用欠缺的问题,将地下空间作为一个有机整体进行统筹管理。同时融入地下空间“全生命周期管理”理念,提出地上、地下全空间数据组织、融合、可视化、分析、预测、评价技术,设计并研发覆盖地下空间信息集成管理、快速建模、可视化表达、辅助规划评价、安全监测预警、事故应急指挥与发布共享服务的城市地下空间信息集成管理与服务平台。通过在某地级市的实施应用证明,该平台可实现城市地上、地下全空间数据的统一管理、一体化表达和智能服务,可为服务城市地下空间开发利用、保障地下空间科学管理与安全运维提供有力支撑。

Abstract:  Currently, there are several shortcomings in underground space informatizationprocessing work in China, such as scattered data management, fragmented system, low level of fine management, low level of threedimensional integrated visualization of the whole ground and underground spaces, and the lack of application related to the development and utilization of underground space and safety operation management. Thus, considering underground space as an organic whole for overall management is necessary. With the concept of "lifecycle management" a technology combining the whole space (both ground and underground) data organization, integration, visualization, analysis, prediction, and evaluation is developed. Furthermore, an information management and service platform for underground space with the functions of information integration and management, rapid modeling, visual expression, auxiliaryplanning evaluation, safety monitoring and early warning, accident emergency command, and release sharing service is designed and developed. By applying this platform in a city, it is found that it can realize unified management, integrated expression, and intelligent service for urban underground and ground spatial data and provide strong support for the development and use of urban underground space. Thus, it guarantees the scientific management and safe operation and maintenance of underground space.
