鄂赣特长公路隧道陡坡通风斜井设计方案优化与施工

Design Optimization and Construction of Steep Inclined Ventilation Shaft of E’gan Superlong Highway Tunnel

摘要:

鄂赣特长公路隧道1#通风斜井原设计井身坡度、排风联络通道、排烟联络通道陡,施工难度及安全风险均较大,难以在20个月合同总工期内实现如期竣工目标。从安全风险、施工难度、多种施工方案功效测算或结构分析、工期目标等方面阐述原设计方案的困难,并在满足原设计通风功能前提下,结合地形、地质条件,通过采用“减缓斜井井身坡度+变更联络通道与正洞连接方式”对鄂赣隧道1#通风斜井设计方案进行优化,有效降低了施工风险、提高了施工功效,实现了工期目标。

Abstract:

According to the original design of E’gan superlong highway tunnel, No. 1 inclined ventilation shaft, exhaust air releasing connection gallery and smoke releasing gallery of the tunnel are very steep, which results in construction difficulties, safety risks and potential delay of the construction schedule. In the paper, the difficulties of the original design are analyzed in terms of safety risks, construction difficulties, construction efficiency and construction schedule. The design of No. 1 inclined ventilation shaft of E’gan tunnel is optimized, i.e., the gradient of the inclined shaft is reduced and the connection between the connection galleries and the main tunnel is changed. The construction results show that the construction risks have been reduced, the construction efficiency has been improved, and the construction schedule has been met.
