石家庄市轨道交通1号线小半径曲线隧道盾构施工技术

Technology for Shield Boring of Tunnels on Smallradius Curves: Case Study on a Shieldbored Tunnel on Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro

摘要:

以石家庄市轨道交通1号线火炬广场站—石家庄东站盾构区间为实例,从盾构选型、管片选型、掘进参数、同步注浆、二次补浆、管片螺栓复紧等方面采取针对性的控制措施,成形隧道轴线控制在-50~+50 mm,管片错台控制在10 mm以内,地表沉降控制在-20~10 mm,成功解决小半径曲线隧道盾构施工轴线难以控制、管片容易产生错台、地表沉降较大等问题,对今后小半径曲线隧道盾构施工有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Problems such as axis deviation, segment offset and ground surface settlement may occur to shieldbored tunnels on smallradius curves. A section of the running tunnel from Huojuguangchang station to Shijiazhuangdong station on Line 1 of Shijiazhuang Metro is located on a smallradius curve. Countermeasures in terms of shield type selection, segment type selection, boring parameters, simultaneous grouting, secondary compensation grouting and segment bolt retightening are taken for the tunnel. In the end, the deviation of the axis of the completed tunnel has been controlled within the range from -50 to +50 mm, the offset of the segments has been controlled within 10mm and the ground surface settlement has been controlled within the range from -20 to +10 mm.
