摘要:

对滚刀在盾构掘进过程中的受力进行了分析,滚刀在复合地层中偏磨的主要原因为阻力扭矩大于转动扭矩而导致滚刀不能转动。阻力扭矩主要由刀箱、土仓及刀盘启动的阻力力矩组成。因此,要减少偏磨就要减小滚刀的阻力扭矩。

Abstract:

This thesis makes an analysis of the force the hobbing bears during the boring of the shield machine and it is found out that the main reason for eccentric wear is that the resistance torque is more than the driving torque, leading to the failure of hobbing rotation. The resistance torque mainly consists of resistance moments of cutter container, earth cabin and resistance moment caused by cutter head starting. And therefore, the way to reduce eccentric wear is to decrease the resistance torque of the hobbing.
