Abstract:
Deviation and inclination are apt to occur to pulling and connecting of short segment of immersed tunnel in dry dock and it is difficult to compress the GINA sealing strip to design value. Construction technology for pulling and connecting of short segment of Honggu Immersed Tunnel is introduced in terms of preparing, pulling, connecting and postprocessing. Countermeasures, grinding the base steel and butter spreading, are adopted to decrease the frictional resistance of segment bottom. The axis and plane accuracy of pulling and connecting of short segment are controlled by hydraulic lifting system controlled by computer, hydraulic DAQ and gap distance measurement of end steel shell. The practices show that the error of compression amount of GINA sealing strip is +4 mm; the axis and plane accuracy of pulling and connecting of short segment can meet relevant requirements.
