Abstract:
In order to study the adaptability of design parameters of TBM with independent intellectual property rights and the engineering geology, the characteristics of surrounding rocks and key design parameters of doubleshield TBM used in Lanzhou Water Source Project are analyzed. The hard rock cutterhead is used and the base of the cutter seat is formed on the front thick forging plate so as to reduce the welding volume. The cutters are nonlinearly arranged and the spacing among cutters is controlled within 86 mm (center cutter concluded). The main machine takes a variety of targeted designs to reduce jamming risk, and enough emergency response interfaces are reserved. In order to guarantee efficient material transport, platformtype trailer structure is used in backup system used, and the tail is connected with fourtrack twoline car platform. The practice shows that the abovementioned TBM has a good geological adaptability to Lanzhou Water Source Project.
