State of the Art and Prospect of Intelligent Manufacturing Technologies of Precast Shield Segment

Abstract: By literature review and field investigation, the current application situation of intelligent manufacturing technology in the precast shield tunnel segment are studied and analyzed. The key content and inadequacy of the informatization of producing the precast shield tunnel segments are introduced and analyzed. The related key intelligent technologies are summarized systematically, including the main production loop, manufacturing of rebars and concrete, measurement of segments and moulds, and the developing needs and direction are pointed out. Based on the current state of intelligent manufacturing technologies in precast shield tunnel segment, the difficulties of applying and promoting intelligent production lines of segments are pointed out, including the accuracy of production devices, variability of segments and devices, and economical efficiency. Some advices, such as establishing the standardized intelligent production system, building the database and integrated production system of data, production and construction, are proposed.
