Abstract:

The application of 3boom hydraulic rock drilling jumbos in construction of Jiaozhou Bay subsea tunnel in Qingdao is analyzed. The advantages of 3boom hydraulic rock drilling jumbos, such as large working scope, high flexibility, low dust pollution, high safety and civilization level, and high efficiency of hydraulic impact drills, are brought into full play. 3boom hydraulic rock drilling jumbos not only have obvious advantages in Grade II and Grade III surrounding rocks, but also can be used in Grade Ⅳ and Grade Ⅴ surrounding rocks. 3boom hydraulic rock drilling jumbos have achieved high speed, high quality, high safety and high efficiency in the project.
