Prediction of Rock Temperature in Gaoligongshan Tunnel on  DaliRuili Railway

Abstract:

With the increase of deepburied long tunnels, the high ground temperature disease becomes more and more serious, which affects the safety and efficiency of construction workers. Therefore, it is necessary to take cooling measures for the high temperature section of the tunnel according to the distribution characteristics of ground temperature. Firstly, the geological conditions, ground temperature monitoring data and topographic data obtained by GoodyGIS of Gaoligongshan Tunnel on DaliRuili Railway are studied. And then the rock temperature of the tunnel is predicted by mathematical models and corresponding calculation programs based on geologic history. Finally, the temperature field of the tunnel area is simply divided along the direction of the tunnel line to provide necessary ground temperature field data for tunnel cooling. The calculation and analytical results show that the temperature of the rock increases and then decreases along the direction of the tunnel to Ruili, and the highest temperature reaches 31.73 ℃. The tunnel rock temperature is below 28 ℃ within the tunnel starting about 2.5 km and 18 km to the end of the tunnel. The rock temperature of the tunnel between 2.5 km and 18 km ranges from 28 ℃ to 31.73 ℃, and the realtime temperature monitoring measures should be carried out to the area where temperature is above 28 ℃.
