Structural Design and Simulation of Rock Breaking Testing Machine for Tunneling

Abstract: In order to carry out reliable, efficient and accurate selection of cutter and cutterhead selection design and tunneling parameter of tunneling boring machine in complex geological conditions, the physical experiment characteristics of rock breaking mechanism under different geological conditions and driving parameters are studied. A spiralpropelled rockbreaking servo testing machine for tunnel boring machine is designed based on field working characteristics of tunnel boring machine. And then the key and difficult points of carrying out the rock breaking test of the tunnel boring machine in the laboratory and the generality and breadth of the testing machine are analyzed, the finite element method is used to simulate the reliability of the testing machine frame structure, cutterhead structure and cutter installation device, and the design parameters of key structural parts are determined, which can ensure the working stability and structural reliability of the testing machine, and realize the development of the testing machine.
