Abstract:
The hydrothrust system design of composite TBM is critical for its excavation speed and efficiency. Especially for the TBM tunneling in heterogeneous ground, if the thrust system is stable, no sudden load impact will be imposed on cutterhead, cutters and main bearing by thrust force and the TBM will have a longer service life and lower excavation cost. In this paper, the control measures for the hydrothrust system of composite TBM are analyzed in depth, and MATLAB/CTRLLAB simulation is carried out via PID parameters optimization. The simulation not only improved the design optimization speed of hydrothrust system, but also provided precise data base for the stability analysis of hydrothrust system in composite TBM.
