冻结加固技术在长地铁联络通道施工中的应用

摘要:

南京地铁二号线油坊桥—中和村站盾构区间联络通道线间距为20m,通过方案比选,最终确定采用双侧冻结加固方案,就冻结壁厚度、冻结孔布置、冻结系统设计和冻结孔施工、冻结站安装及运转等几个问题重点论述,然后从去回路盐水温度、冻结帷幕温度、地表变形3个方面总结工程监测的变化规律,并对冻结效果、风险评估进行分析。

Abstract:

The connecting tunnel of YoufangqiaoZhonghecun section of line 2 of Nanjing Metro is 20m long. Freezing is executed from both ends of the connecting tunnel in the construction. The thickness of the freezing walls, the layout of the freezing boreholes, the design of the freezing systems, the execution of the freezing and the installation and operation of the freezing stations are discussed. The temperatures of the feeding and returning brines, the temperatures of the freezing curtains and the ground surface deformation are monitored to summarize their variation rules. The freezing effect and the risk evaluation are analyzed.
