地铁车辆基地刚性接触网预埋槽道安装研究

Study on Embedded Channel Installation of Rigid Contact Wire of Metro Vehicle Base

摘要: 为确定上盖平台地铁车辆基地接触网悬挂方式并研究其安装固定成套技术方案,首先,以深圳地铁12号车辆基地为例,从系统可靠性、运营维护及综合建造成本等角度对架空接触网悬挂方式进行综合比选,得出采用刚性悬挂具有技术经济优势,研究确定采用符合车辆基地线路及环境条件的刚性悬挂旋转腕臂安装形式及预埋滑槽固定方式。其次,详细分析预埋槽道技术特点以及在市政与轨道交通行业的发展应用情况,对上盖平台下刚性悬挂旋转腕臂预埋槽道安装进行受力计算,进而确定预埋槽道技术规格,并与传统化学锚栓安装进行技术经济比较,得出采用预埋槽道安装施工便捷、工程造价低、工期短,符合绿色建造要求,能适应接触网动态承载要求。然后,研究刚性接触网预埋槽道具体技术方案,拟定经济合理的工艺要求、布置方案,深入研究预埋槽道施工技术、精度控制、耐久性措施。最后,提出推广应用建议,指出精细化设计及深化研究方向。

Abstract:  To determine over contact system(OCS) suspension mode of metro vehicle base with upper cover platform and investigate the complete set of technical scheme of its installation and fixation, a case study is conducted on Shenzhen metro No.12 vehicle base, and suspensions methods of OCS are comprehensively compared from the perspectives of system reliability, operation and maintenance, and comprehensive construction costs, obtaining the technical and economic advantages of the rigid conduct wire. The cantilever structure of rigid conduct wire and embedded channel fixing method is adopted to fulfill the vehicle base line and environmental conditions. Then, the technical characteristics of embedded channel and the development and application of the municipal and rail transit industry are analyzed in detail. The installation of the cantilever structure of rigid conduct wire and embedded channel fixing under the upper cover platform is calculated to obtain the technical specifications of embedded channel. The embedded channel is compared with the traditional adhesive anchor in terms of technical and economic benefits, and the results show that the embedded channel is convenient in installation, low in cost, and short in construction period, which can fulfill the green construction requirements and the dynamic loadbearing requirements of OCS. Moreover, the specific technical scheme of embedded channel of rigid conduct wire is studied, the economic and reasonable process requirements and layout scheme are formulated, and the construction technology, precision control, and durability measures of embedded channel are examined in depth. Finally, suggestions are given to promote the application, and the directions of refinement design and deepening research are pointed out.
