Abstract: At present, the important pipeline relocation in urban rail transit construction seriously restricts the construction progress of metro stations. Hence, a series of construction technologies, such as suspending the pipeline before the excavation of guide wall temporarily and setting Ushaped groove steel structure protection, dividing the groove sections and improving the grab to complete the groove forming operation, fabricating the reinforcement cage in sections, and putting the reinforcement cage into the groove by plane "double splicing" method and then pouring the concrete, are put forward for the foundation pit construction of Jiangxing Road Station of No.4 Bid of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 6 crossing underneath the 110 kV highvoltage cable project. The construction of the diaphragm wall is carried out by insitu protecting the cable pipeline. During the construction process, the pipeline has not been obviously disturbed, and no obvious leakage has been found at the diaphragm wall. The results show that the insitu pipeline protection scheme with good applicable effect is superior to pipeline relocation scheme in terms of cost and construction schedule.
