Abstract:

Steel frame is used as the support of the intermediate slab of the 3rd underground floor of Guloudajie Station of Line 8 of Beijing Metro, so as to erect the backup system of the shield machine before the construction of the main structure of the Station is completed, and, in the end, to ensure earlier shield launching. In the paper, the design, calculation and construction technology of the steel frame are presented in detail, and key quality and safety control points and optimization measures of the steel frame are proposed. The practice shows that the steel frame used is feasible and that, due to the application of the steel frame, synchronization of Metro station structure construction and shield machine assembling can be realized. 
