Abstract:

In the paper, the design management of Shijiazhuang Metro under BT mode is presented as follows: The construction contractor of the BT project tries to intervene into the design works to optimize the preliminary design drawings in the preliminary stage, to optimize the construction drawings before the construction of the works is commenced, to optimize the technological scheme in the execution of the works and to control the design changes in the full course, so as to increase the income, save the expenditure and shorten the construction period. 
