Design and Construction of Haizhu Square Interchange Station of Guangzhou Metro

Abstract:

The rehabilitation of Metro stations without reserved interchange node increases with the development of Metro network and adjustment of urban planning. The rehabilitation of deepburied Metro stations without reserved interchange node and with unmatched marshalling in complex environment is a new challenge. In the design of Haizhu Square Station on Line No. 6 of Guangzhou Metro, Lshaped plan interchange mode, singlecycle interchange mode of passenger flow and platformplatform + hallhall interchange mode are adopted; in structural design, opencut and mining method are used. A series of interchange problems have been solved. The study results can provide references for similar projects in the future.
