Abstract: In order to improve the safety and maneuverability of seismic wave reflection method for advanced geological prediction in gas tunnel, the main engine structure and mainboard design, intrinsic safe power and remote control of newtype of explosion proof seismograph are introduced. Meanwhile, the airbag coupling technology of geophone is introduced. Finally, 36 explosionproof seismograph and airbag coupling device of highprecision threecomponent seismograph are used to 〖JP2〗conduct experimental and advanced detection at K24+314 face of the right line of Huayingshan Tunnel on YubeiGuang′an〖JP〗 Expressway. The collected seismic records are of high quality and the airbag coupling mode is convenient and quick to operate on site. Compared with the traditional TSP instrument and the steel pipe anchoring agent coupling mode, it is fully shown that the geophone airbag coupling device and the domestic mine explosion proof seismograph and its matching equipment are completely suitable for advanced geological prediction of seismic wave reflection method in all kinds of gas tunnels, and can reliably control the insecurity caused by this method itself.
