Research on Intelligent Construction Systems andKey Technologies for Drilling-and-Blasting Tunnels

Abstract:

In order to better meet the needs of D&B tunnel construction and development, solving the issues associated with the "four multiples" and the "four difficulties" that restrict the development of D&B tunnel construction is necessary. A processbased intelligent construction system is first proposed for D&B tunnels, where dynamic cycle control (i.e., perception, evaluation, decisionmaking, execution, and feedback) is contained in the system. In addition, an integrated solution for intelligent D&B construction based on singleprocess intelligence, multiprocess intelligence, and allprocess intelligence is established. On this basis, the key technologies, including tunnel data communication and transmission technology, tunnel environment perception technology, tunnel construction equipment control technology, and intelligent tunnel control technology, are systematically studied, providing important technical support for the construction of intelligent D&B tunnel construction systems. The intelligent drill jumbo, the intelligent rock bolting jumbo, and the intelligent wet spraying jumbo, as well as related intelligent functions, are discussed. Finally, development and application prospects and the implementation of intelligent drilling-and-blasting tunnel construction are forecasted, so as to further promoting the safe, efficient, economic, green, and sustainable development of tunnel projects in China.
