盾尾间隙智能测量技术研究

摘要: 为解决盾构在掘进过程中因人工测量盾尾间隙导致的数据准确性难以保证、测量时间长及测量难度大等技术难题,通过对各种智能测量技术的原理、适应性等进行分析研究,提出一种采用智能图像识别测量的方式对盾尾间隙进行自动、实时测量,实现盾构施工过程中盾尾间隙的智能测量。为确保系统的准确性和稳定性,将该智能测量技术应用到现场施工中,与人工测量数据进行对比,其准确率可达到97.4%,并设计测量数据软件自动识别和人工读取2种方式,具有较好的准确性和稳定性。

Abstract: Manual measurement of the shieldtail clearance during shield tunneling has multiple disadvantages, such as low data accuracy, a long measurement period, and high difficulty. Therefore, the principles and adaptability of various intelligent measurement technologies are analyzed in this study. An automatic and realtime measurement method for the shieldtail clearance using intelligent imagerecognition is proposed, realizing intelligent measurement during shield tunneling. The accuracy and stability of the proposed system are validated by application to onsite construction. The measurement data are found to be in close agreement with the manual measurement results(97.4%). Thus, the stability and applicability of the manual measurement system have been improved by using measurement data software for automatic identification.
