6 680 mm盾构在狭小暗挖隧道内解体技术研究

Study on Dismantle Technology of  6 680 mm Shield in Narrow Mined Tunnel

摘要: 为解决盾构在狭小空间内受接收端头尺寸限制无法正常接收的问题,在暗挖隧道内需采取辅助措施将主要部件解体后沿原盾构隧道倒运回始发井吊出。北京地铁19号线1期工程平安里站—积水潭站区间左线工程采用6 680 mm盾构进行施工,通过对接收端尺寸及预埋设计、暗挖空间内解体方案及顺序、解体过程中辅助吊装工艺、工期管理等方面进行研究,总结盾构在狭小暗挖空间内的解体方案及卡控要点,分析解体重难点及关键技术。研究结果表明: 盾构在狭小暗挖隧道内解体技术,可保证工程施工安全和进度,解决盾构在暗挖狭小空间内施工的技术难题和安全问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the shield cannot receive normally due to size restriction of the receiving end in narrow space, it is necessary to take auxiliary measures to disassemble the main parts and then transport them back to launching shaft along the original shield tunnel and lift them out. A 6 680 mm shield is adopted in the left line between Pinganli Station and Jishuitan Station of Beijing Metro Line 19 Phase Project, through the study on the size and embedded design of the receiving end, the disassembly scheme and sequence in mined space, the auxiliary hoisting technology during the disassembly process, the construction period management and other aspects, the shield disassembly scheme and control points in narrow and mined space are summarized, and the emphasis and difficulties and key technologies of disassembly are analyzed. The results show that the technology ensures the construction safety and progress, solves the technical and safety problems for shield construction in narrow and mined space.
